Join me on The Dr. Theresa Nicassio Show with Shirley Plant and Kim Vopni talking about “Sitting Disease” and how you can prevent it.

Passion About Sitting Disease

Shirley Plant is very concerned about the rising incidence of what is now being called ‘Sitting Disease’ and says that doctors are now warning us that this unassuming ailment could be the new smoking that may in fact actually lead to a whole host of chronic illness, regardless of age.

As a person suffering from fibromyalgia, Shirley is no stranger to the pain that long periods of sitting can cause and is now educating others about what she has learned to help reduce the risk of this serious ailment.
